We have the oversea warehouse for most printers while few don't!
Most parts will ship from China while few parts will send from oversea, please aware!

About customs:

1.All the product shipping from China might cause tariffs, please know well about your country's laws, all the products Creality selling default FOB trading terms, the buyers will take his responsibility on all kinds of tax in their country. Shipping from the local country has no import tariffs required.
2, In order to save import duty for you, the normal condition we will declare lower value, if you have special requirements, please leave the message to us, we are glad to do as your require.



Confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.


Takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
You will receive your printer in 3-10 business days from the date that it is shipped.(peak season)
You will receive your parts in 15-30 business days from the date that it is shipped.(peak season)

Order Tracking
The shipping company's tracking number will be postedinto every customer's account page. You will be notified by your registered email with this tracking number. Along with tracking number, customers can check all express through or, thank you.
Within 10 days no record update from track number, please contact us asap! and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.


1. Whether global free shipping or not?

Answer: It is not global free shipping .due to Express company's different charge standard in different countries, so we just provide part of country free shipping.

2. Why do I need to pay for remote area fees?

Answer: Due to Express company (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS etc) delimit different areas as remote area based their standard. so we do not know whether your address is a remote area before we get your address information . so, if your address is the remote area, need pay remote area fees.

3. Why my order always does not have detailed tracking information? 

Answer: after you finished payment, we need 1-3 days to handle the order, then send to Express company. Express company need check and records, then arrange delivery . as normal, it needs 3-5 days update first tracking information . if there is no information within 7-10 days. Please contact buyer servicer.

4. Why do I need to pay tax for our local Express or for local customs?

Answer: if your local Express company charge your money, please ask them why charging fee . and for what ?  it is very important for the buyer.

About customs charging fee. nobody can control, every country customs has different Import and export tariff system, so if you want to avoid customs fee, please tell our service your request. we will do as your request.

5. How many days I will receive my printer?

Answer: normally, after update first tracking information, it needs 5-15 days.
